Terms and Conditions
Starter terms for DailyOps by Paultrae Innovations. These should be reviewed and finalized before signing external clients.
Use of DailyOps
DailyOps is provided to help businesses manage daily sales, expenses, cash control, stock, reports, and related operational records. Each client is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered by its users.
Accounts and permissions
Owners and administrators are responsible for inviting users, assigning roles, reviewing activity, and removing access when a staff member no longer needs the system.
Business data
Client business data remains the responsibility of the client business. Paultrae Innovations may provide setup, support, maintenance, and troubleshooting services where agreed.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, share credentials, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the security and reliability of the service.
Service changes
DailyOps may be improved over time with new features, policy updates, maintenance work, and security enhancements.
